Night for the Fight

A Night for the Fight is Roc Solid Foundation's annual fundraising gala. Now in its fifth year, "NFTF" as it's called by volunteers, holds a special place in the Roc Solid story. The original event was planned to be a one-off evening of dance, dinner and spirits to support Hampton Roads' Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters, but reaction to the fundraiser left Roc Solid founder and cancer survivor Eric Newman with the urge to do even more for pediatric cancer patients and their families.

The event continues to be looked forward to and grows bigger and better with every year. Guests are treated to heavy hors d'oeuvres, a large selection of spirits and a combination of both live music and DJ spun dance fare. A Night For the Fight provides a great opportunity to learn more about the Foundation, and to network with those active in the Hampton Roads community.
