Family Alumni Program

Our Family Alumni Program is a community of Roc Solid families who have experienced the power of play firsthand and want to help show other families what hope looks like.

Each month, we have different themes and different ways to share your journey and stand alongside other families walking a similar path as we work toward one shared goal: reaching every child, every family, everywhere.

Ways to Make an Impact

Whether you shine on social media, show up in your community, or support in your own unique way, there is something here for you.

Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox. Each month we’ll share special themed opportunities and highlight Roc Solid alumni who complete them!

Noa

📍 Georgia

This is the best worst community to be apart of. Yes it sucks, your child has cancer and NO CHILD should ever go through cancer. But the cancer parent community is the kindest, most loving community to ever be apart of. You are not alone.”

— Kaleigh Ramirez, Mama Bear

Amelia

📍 Texas

“You are not alone. It’s okay to have bad days and negative thoughts, but it is important to discuss those with your family members and/or your doctor. You are loved more than you might know.”

— Nicholas Perez, Papa Bear

Boogy

📍 Idaho

You can choose to dwell or see the positives. Boogy is the epitome of positivity, she has refused to dwell on her diagnosis and chooses to make the most of each day she’s been given.”

— Erin Eldridge, Mama Bear

Kenzi

📍North Carolina

You CAN do this. It may not seem like it, but you learn to live with your new “normal”. You will once again see your child thriving. We had some very rough times throughout this journey. But my girl was stronger than cancer, and yours will be too!”

— Brittney Dellinger, Mama Bear

Nora

📍 Virginia

You will realize a strength in you that you never knew existed.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel: just believe.  When people pray for you, imagine those prayers as literal light beams entering your hospital room or finding you wherever you are.  Community is a beautiful thing!”

Kali’a

📍 California

“Being part of a mission that brings hope, strength and support to families facing pediatric cancer means so much to me. Roc Solid is doing truly impactful work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help spread awareness and support such an amazing cause.”

— Heather, Mama Bear
