The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with logistics for all Roc Solid Foundation’s playset builds. Position provides remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
Willingness to travel and provide playset build support
Responsible for Roc Solid On Demand program development and implementation including creating and updating processes
Oversee all aspects of Roc Solid On Demand playset program including receiving child applications, communicating to Engagement team and families, scheduling, and reporting
Ordering of all playset vendor materials (porta-potties, tables & chairs, playsets) and ensuring delivery to build locations
Assisting with purchasing related to programs as needed
Programs travel accommodations including but not limited to lodging/credit card authorization forms, rental vehicles, creating itineraries, and requesting per diem
Responsible for upkeep of all required build documentation
Helps to create and manage build schedule, adjusting and making corrections as needed in collaboration with Engagement team
Responsible for Volunteer Calendar upkeep and communicating to non-sponsor build site volunteers
Regional outreach to potential volunteers as events and projects require
Creating, updating, and implementing task management templates
Attending regular staff meetings and assists in the evaluation of all programs
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as an individual with strong passion for change and motivation, capable of leading projects and people
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to Roc Solid’s mission and goals
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite
Accessibility to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and work ethic, and a results-oriented attitude
