Meet Kira, our Executive Assistant! Kira brings more than 22 years of distinguished leadership experience as a U.S. Army veteran, retiring at the elite rank of Sergeant Major.

During her military career, she served as Executive Officer to a 4-Star Command, overseeing a portfolio impacting more than 40,000 personnel and leading events and strategic engagements that advanced the command’s global mission before joining the Roc Solid team.

She holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education, a Graduate Certificate in Workforce Development & Training and is both a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner. Known for her ability to keep people and projects on track, Kira is driven by a passion for mission-focused work and finds deep purpose in contributing to moments of joy and relief for the families fighting pediatric cancer.

A world traveler who has visited 69 countries across six continents, Kira is also an accomplished musical performer who has graced stages globally — from the Beaches of Normandy to Budokan Hall in Tokyo—and shares her home with her husband, stepson, and three beloved rescue pets.
