“I believe in the power of creation,” Ryan shared as he jumped onto the Roc Solid team and immediately began creating game-changing tech systems to further our mission. After earning his Bachelors in Computer Science and working in marketing, audio engineering and nonprofit projects, Ryan launched a software company in 2021 with the goal of amplifying creative expression across a variety of fields. He first connected with Roc Solid years ago through a play project, shared some of the tech creations to come out of his company and then soon joined the team as our Senior Technology Coordinator. Ryan says his background and restless curiosity have given him a toolkit to tackle challenges with a unique perspective. We are thankful for his knowledge that allows him to build programs to help us better love and serve our families. “Whether it’s coding, designing or collaborating with passionate teammates, my favorite part of this position is knowing we’re building more than products—we are building hope,” Ryan shared. “Play transcends age and field. I see it as one of humanity’s most powerful tools.”
