When she’s not busy hyping up her friends or being everyone’s favorite listener, Megan is making sure every Roc Solid sponsor walks away feeling like part of the family.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Lees-McRae College, Megan went on to receive her Master’s in School Counseling from Regent University. She spent several years supporting high school students before deciding to take a leap in a new direction — a leap that landed her right here at Roc Solid. One visit to our website and she knew: this was the place she was meant to be.

Now as our Experience Coordinator, Megan brings her passion for people into every interaction, from sponsor connections to Ready Bag Packing Parties to her very first playset build. She’s all in on the mission and is constantly finding new ways to build relationships and celebrate the impact of hope.
