Roc Solid backyard play structures are provided to kids fighting cancer during treatment. With the support of groups all over the U.S., we have built thousands of playsets and playhouses for families, and we’re just getting started.
Why Play?
When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the first thing taken away is the opportunity to play.
Normal family activities are replaced with doctor’s appointments and treatments that leave kids with weak immune systems – and often the inability to interact in public. A new backyard play structure not only provides a safe, germ-free place to play, but it also gives the child and family an escape from the reality of fighting pediatric cancer and a way to create happy memories together.
