Support the
Ready Bag Program

There are so many ways to get involved.

Host a Ready Bag Drive!

It’s as simple as it sounds. You can gather items that will fill the Ready Bag. This way of supporting the Ready Bag program is a great way for large groups, offices, neighborhoods, churches, etc. to get involved. The items you collect will make a huge impact on a family who has just learned their child has cancer.

Here are all the items you could collect:

We can help customize a drive with you, too. And if you’re local, we’ll be happy to arrange pickup or meet you at our warehouse to give you a quick tour.

Want to help, but not sure collecting items will work for you? Visit our Ready Bag eStore, where you can select the items you would like to sponsor and let us do all the work! Every item purchased through the eStore will directly impact families who have just learned that their child has cancer.

Ready Bag Packing Party

Sponsor a packing party! We offer Ready Bag Packing Parties to local groups in the Hampton Roads, VA area. These 2-hour parties include learning more about the program, hearing directly from a Mama Bear or Papa Bear who has received a Ready Bag and finally packing a Ready Bag that will bring hope to a family fighting pediatric cancer! The bags you pack during these parties will go directly to hospitals all across the nation and be distributed to families who have just heard the devastating news that their child has cancer.
